Job description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: This position manages/directs the daily operations of several Regional Medical Practice Offices within a designated geographic location. Oversees the office operations, including billing, coding, payroll, and other related office functions. Manages the workflow in the individual group practice offices to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Ensures that all established policies and procedures are followed within the practice(s). Defines job requirements for the staff employees. Has responsibility for hiring and terminating staff employees. Attends Physician staff meetings as deemed necessary. Handles the Payroll for all staff employees in all practices. Engages in Market Development activities, as necessary. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and local laws and meets any regulatory or certification requirements to maintain business and clinical operations.
