Description Due to continued growth, our Grid Group is seeking an experienced Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) Lead Electrical Engineer. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of spending three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days. Dependent upon your location, this opportunity offers a generous relocation package. - This position offers you the opportunity to work in a project team environment with other engineers and designers involved in the detailed electrical design and project management of distribution and transmission substation projects. - Specifically, this position is intended to function as a Subject Matter Expert for Gas Insulated Substation projects. - Active participation in industry code and standards committees/associations like IEEE or CIGRE as well as other similar organizations. - As a Lead GIS Engineer, you will take an active role in project conceptualization, work planning, and project execution for gas insulated substation projects as well as select air insulated substation projects. - You will work on challenging assignments that include investigating, trouble-shooting, and solving a wid...
