Do you have a creative flair and a passion for flowers? South Country Co-op is seeking a detail-oriented and artistic Floral Clerk to join our team at the 13th Ave Food Store in Medicine Hat. Reporting to the Produce Manager, the Floral Clerk is responsible for the design, creation, and care of floral arrangements using a wide range of flowers, foliage, herbs, and decorative materials. This includes bouquets, vases, wreaths, centerpieces, and other floral products. The successful candidate will be proficient in all aspects of plant care and be able to maintain a wide variety of species in the flower, foliage, herb, and decorative grass families and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications: - Create custom floral arrangements including bouquets, vases, wreaths, and centerpieces - Maintain the health and appearance of fresh-cut flowers and potted plants - Water, prune, and care for various plant species - Provide knowledgeable customer service and plant care advice - Ensure displays are visually appealing and fully stocked - Operate floral tools such as scissors and knives safely and efficiently - Support general duties within the Produce Department as required - Maintain...
