Position Summary: The Diamond Creek Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight of daily business operations and profitability at Diamond Creek Restaurant. This position will oversee the restaurant staff and ensure they are providing the highest quality guest service to our guests, Team Members, vendors, and the Tribe. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, retaining, and developing restaurant team members. The position will also be responsible for the oversight and execution of standard restaurant management functions, such as inventory, quality control, customer loyalty, and adherence to all health codes and related standards.
