SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Finance Compliance Manager—Prevailing Wage and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) to lead a team responsible for the company’s prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance program for applicable construction projects, ensuring accurate pay classification, fringe benefit treatment, certified payroll support, and audit ready documentation in alignment with DavisBacon/DBRA requirements and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) prevailing wage and apprenticeship provisions. This role partners closely with Legal, Payroll, HR, and project teams to reduce compliance risk across union and nonunion work across multiple states in the energy sector.
