What You'll Do: As an IT Field Technician, you will provide critical onsite support for our office and restaurant teams across multiple QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) locations. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and networking issues, along with supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. You’ll ensure uptime and system performance while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues at various restaurant and office locations - Troubleshoot and resolve POS system issues (experience with Aloha POS preferred) - Maintain and repair restaurant IT infrastructure including terminals, printers, routers, switches, etc....
