Summary of the Job: The Sr. Associate, Strategic Implementations s responsible for onboarding bank content whether it be digital, direct mail or alternate forms into the content management tool. The Sr. Associate will independently develop and manage strategies that are specific to process improvement, onboarding of new platforms and effective program management. This role will present new strategies to senior management and the marketing department for feedback. Once approved, they will manage the implementation by working with cross-functional teams. The role will consistently identify opportunities to enhance current processes and procedures.
