The Graduate Site Construction Manager will play a key supporting role in the day‑to‑day operation of a live construction site. Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, the successful candidate will assist with site administration, reporting, documentation, site walks, and coordination activities that help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the project. This role is designed to provide structured development for a recent graduate, offering hands‑on exposure to site operations, construction processes, health & safety practices, and project documentation. The position is ideal for someone looking to build strong organisational, communication, and technical skills within a fast‑paced construction environment.
