Utility Project Support Specialist (Field Based)

ERM is hiring remote Utility Project Support Specialists to support our client based in the Danville, IL area . In this critical role, you will be supporting the client by handling customer inquiries in response to our client’s utility line project notifications. Project information and training will be provided so that calls can be handled in an efficient manner. This is a remote part-time (20 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of 12 months, extendable .
