JOIN OUR TEAM: As Head of Marketing Creative , you will lead the creative heartbeat of Westwing’s Marketing organisation. Managing and inspiring a team of 9 creatives across design, copy, (social first) art direction, your mission is to elevate our campaigns and creative output to the highest aesthetic standard and storytelling, making Westwing one of the most admired and talked-about design brands in Europe. This role blends visionary creative direction with hands-on execution, bringing bold ideas and storytelling to life across channels, formats, and markets. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead campaign creation end-to-end, from concept development to execution, ensuring excellence, cultural relevance, and premium aesthetics - Guide internal teams in graphics, copy, and art direction while collaborating with top-tier external photographers, directors, and production partners - Translate brand strategy into impactful creative ideas, ensuring consistent storytelling across social, digital, retail, and PR touchpoints - Set and safeguard a high creative bar for all assets, from hero campaigns to social formats, ensuring alignment with Westwing’s amb...
