Responsible for all camera surveillance within the property to include gaming and non-gaming areas. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: Train in various aspects of gaming surveillance with emphasis on how to identify cheating techniques, advantage techniques, methods of play, and dealing procedures on the games of Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pai Gow Tiles, Let it Ride, Three Card Poker, and Texas Holdem’ Poker Train in the proper use of video surveillance equipment with emphasis on proper camera angles, video review techniques, saving of video/photos on digital systems, and video tape systems Train in report writing and documentation of evidence and incidents. This includes the proper terminology used, proper format of reporting, and training on who receives reports. Train in the review of video evidence with emphasis on identification of theft or cheating, identification and collecting of all available footage, identification of all possible views, and proper documentation of findings Train in identification of areas of concern with emphasis on the location and identification of possible cheaters, thieves, advantage players, or areas of possible loss through othe...
