About The Role: As a Servicing Specialist, you’re the go-to person for helping customers with service -related loan questions and needs at Veterans United. Whether you're answering general inquiries, gathering basic customer info, or connecting people with the right team, you’re all about making sure every interaction is smooth and helpful. While you won’t take loan applications or discuss loan terms, you’ll be a friendly and knowledgeable resource, all while following company guidelines and legal requirements. Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing: Dig into payment, insurance, and tax questions from our sub-servicing centers to find the right answers.
