Job Description Job Summary: The Integrated Strategy Supervisor is a central facet within the combined Brand-Digital Integrated Strategy team. Working under the guidance of the Integrated Brand Group Director and/or Associate Director, ISS constructs the strategic foundation for media plan development and ensures consistency across all channels. As a key agency contact, he/she/they maintain strong relationships with clients, partner agencies, media vendors and internal departments. The ISS applies his/her/their knowledge of industry trends and Horizon’s consumer/channel insight resources to offer the clients fresh thinking. He/she/They supervises all team projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time and reflect both practical and strategic thinking. They will work closely with their team to develop cross-channel strategies, and recommend/activate digital media plans that meet campaign imperatives and client objectives.
