Job Summary: The Mill Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance activities and reliability efforts for fixed plant assets at the Kettle River Operations Mill. This role provides technical leadership, directs daily work execution, and ensures maintenance plans are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational goals. The Supervisor partners cross-functionally to resolve complex equipment issues, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and cost.
