The ODP Group’s Summer Internship Program is designed to give aspiring professionals meaningful hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and opportunities for skill development. It is a fully immersive program built around several core components, including partnering with business leaders on functional work and projects, leadership roundtables and development workshops, networking opportunities, and a case competition where interns will work in teams to solve a real business challenge, culminating in a live presentation to a panel of leaders across the organization. Key Program Details: The Office Depot Intern supports the Retail business, encompassing approximately 800 stores across the U.S., by contributing to day-to-day projects and operational initiatives aligned with the company’s 2026 strategic priorities. This role offers hands-on exposure to core business processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
