Overview i3 is seeking a Mid-Level Linux Systems Administrator to support an Army Contract. The Mid-Level Linux Systems Administrator will provide technical expertise supporting information system components, infrastructure integration and maintenance. Candidates for this position must possess, at a minimum, the ability to obtain and maintain a United States SECRET level security clearance. Responsibilities: - Build, configure, and maintain standardized Linux Operating Systems (such as RHEL 9) in various technical use cases. - Build and maintain virtual machine Linux golden images from source code management. - Integrate Linux operating systems with Active Directory environments utilizing tools such as SSSD. - Maintain software repository mirrors utilizing Red Hat Satellite servers and custom scripts. - Integrate multifactor authentication, CAC/smartcard PKI and certificate management in a mixed Windows/Linux environment. - Work with teammates on an agile project with a focus on providing a secure, versatile, efficient, reproduceable, and highly scalable computing environment. - Maintain system configurations with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in git repositories. - Perform Linux sy...
