Job Summary We are currently hiring Medical Assistants for our FPG Silverstein Institute & Head and Neck Surgery offices. These medical offices offer medical and surgical treatment for ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions for both adult and pediatric patients. The Clinical Care Coordinator I (Medical Assistant) work directly with patients and assist healthcare providers with day‑to‑day clinical care, such as: Preparing patients for exams and procedures Escorting patients to exam rooms: Taking vitals: *Please note that once you apply - you will be sent a clinical assessment that is required to complete online. You will receive an email with instructions (system is called Relias). - Recording medical histories and current concerns. - Document provider notes, procedures and patiet instructions.
