Technique, Inc. is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical components, systems, and equipment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions that meet customer and business requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and brings 2–7 years of experience in mechanical or design engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, a strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards, and experience with product design, equipment design, or tooling/fixture design are critical factors in this role.
