What you'll be doing: Planning, organizing, and managing all resources to ensure the seamless functioning of the front desk area as required. Welcoming, directing, and announcing all visitors as required. Scheduling all meeting area and facilitating catering orders as required. Acquiring information for new vendors/subcontractors/suppliers in a timely manner to maintain project schedules, while maintaining a Project Directory within Procore. Assisting with new vendor set-ups and insurance certificates. Issuing and tracking Commitments/Purchase Orders compliant with DD SOPs.
