Job Title: Product Owner – Outcome Monitoring Contract Type: 8-months FTC: Location: Edinburgh, Glasgow or Alderley Park Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: 4th May 2026: We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the Customer Outcomes and Insight team within the CEO Office at Royal London. This role is critical to how we evidence, monitor and improve customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty and regulatory expectations. You’ll own and evolve our Outcome Monitoring product, the data, tooling and processes that enable the business to identify risks of harm, evidence good outcomes, and respond confidently to regulatory scrutiny. This is a key role at the intersection of regulation, data, insight and delivery, helping us operate in a way that is robust, efficient and scalable.
