Become a part of our caring community CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Longwood, FL. As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the physician lead. This role will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Longwood, FL clinic. A day in the life of a CenterWell physician - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - See 12-15 patients per day - Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes) Required Qualifications: - Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine - Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain) - Current, unrestricted DEA license - Screened for TB Preferred Qualifications: Use your skills to make an impact - Minimum of two+ years of experience - 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients - Fluent in Spanish and English - Associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
