As an Estimating & Preconstruction Manager, you lead how Boldt builds trust—setting projects up for success long before construction begins. You’ll drive pursuits and preconstruction efforts across power generation and pulp & paper projects, guiding work from early strategy through end of design and bringing clarity to cost, scope, and risk in complex, high‑value environments. You’ll partner closely with owners, engineers, designers, and internal teams—using Lean principles, open‑book contracting, and integrated delivery to align stakeholders early and build shared confidence in project outcomes.
