We are seeking a full-time Personal Care Assistant to join our Adult Behavioral Health program in Harrisburg, PA . Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3p-11p with rotating weekends Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option. Position Details: Our personal care residential workers provide for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the personal care home setting, supporting their mental and physical well-being. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process. Key Responsibilities: - Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time. - Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer. - Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible. - Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
