Job description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. - Take customer orders, suggest menu items, and provide information about products or promotions. - Ensure accurate and timely order processing, ensuring customers receive their orders as expected. - Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain a positive attitude and provide a high level of customer service during busy periods. 2. Food Preparation & Quality: - Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring that all menu items are made according to KFC’s quality standards. - Follow food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, cooking, and storage of food items. - Ensure food is served fresh, hot, and accurately prepared at all times. - Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper portion control. 3.
