Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by incumbents of this job. Incumbents may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. - Partner with Medical, Clinical, and Operational Leaders to manage defined training needs, including identifying gaps, looking towards future state skills, and maintaining best practices related to medical training. - Build relationships with external partners to support education and career growth, including Continuing Education (CE) opportunities. - Find, apply, track, and report on CE participation. - Deliver in-person and virtual medical training and coaching to best support all Divisions. - Provide input and support for non-medical clinical team tasks. - Provide medical onboarding for new medical staff.
