Product Manager As the Product Manager for our Capsicum and Varietals portfolio, you will lead the growth, performance, and profitability of a dynamic $35MM business. This role places you at the center of strategic decision-making, shaping product plans, guiding sourcing and operations, setting pricing strategies, and translating market intelligence into actionable results. You will operate as the business leader for the category, working closely with customers and cross-functional partners to ensure the portfolio delivers strong financial outcomes, reliable supply, and sustained market relevance. Success in this role requires a commercially minded leader who understands how decisions impact cost, margin, and customer value. You will drive continuous improvement across product mix, pricing, and supply chain execution while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency without compromising the customer experience.
