Lead production activities to ensure that products meet all requirements and to achieve KPIs agreed. 2. Determine manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and make respective assignments. 3. Direct personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal and safety procedures. 4. Direct routine equipment set-up and maintenance and check for accomplishment. 5. Establish instructions and refine procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD. 6. Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and safe work habits in all employees 7. Monitors absenteeism – supports PL in appropriate disciplinary action when needed 8.
