About the team As a Sales Program Manager within Zillow Rentals, you’ll join a collaborative team that helps drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness for our rentals business. You’ll partner closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Data Science, Operations, and Enablement to build programs that support sales performance and deliver a strong experience for rental partners. About the role: We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Sales Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across Zillow Rentals. In this role, you’ll identify business needs, define program strategy, and lead execution from concept through launch and optimization. Your work will help improve sales effectiveness, support go-to-market efforts, and create scalable programs that deliver measurable business impact.
