Job description
About the role: Set and implement overarching QSHE policies and guidelines, to ensure compliance with respect to all internal and external regulations, for all organisation units in the regional assigned. Your responsibilities: To directly manage and support the Quality and H&S Personnel within the depots throughout the LMSO. Provide health & safety expertise to all areas, ensuring that all operational activities comply with current health, safety and environment legislation, ensuring all HSSE policies and procedures are followed and are regularly reviewed. Reporting into the LSMO Director, you will form part of the Senior team for the North LMSO which includes North of the UK & all of Ireland. Where necessary assume the role of lead incident controller within the region, travelling at short notice to site/Incident. Develop and Implement the QHSSE strategy, aligned with the organisation’s, Global AIPSM and Occupational Safety policy and procedures. Develop and maintain robust safety management systems and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment incl. development / sign off of SOP’s relating to Safety Critical Tasks.
