What You'll Be Doing: Perform preventative maintenance and repair on plant equipment to support reliable operation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete needed adjustments or part replacements. Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential hazards, documenting findings. Collaborate with plant leadership and maintenance teams to prioritize work and minimize downtime. Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements. What We Are Looking For: Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and related equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude with safe use of tools, rigging, and lifting equipment. Capability to interpret work orders, maintenance instructions, and basic technical information.
