Essential Employee Responsibilities: During emergency conditions, subject to being called to work in the event of a disaster, such as a hurricane, or other emergency situation and are expected to perform emergency service duties, as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Advise Lifeguards on chemical and maintenance issues and troubleshoot solutions. Maintain signage and company vehicles. Regularly inspect pools, fountains and spray pads for proper water clarity and chemistry. Add appropriate chemicals as needed or required. Record, maintain and file results of daily, weekly water tests for each pool, fountain, and spray grounds as well as the duties performed at each facility.
