U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking a Licensed Electrician with medium / high voltage (MV/HV) experience primarily in large life sciences pharmaceutical / laboratory industrial settings which operate 24 x 7, 365 days per year. This role focuses on the safe operation and maintenance of day-to-day life sciences pharmaceutical / laboratory industrial setting including emergency electrical transferring, load shedding or peak shaving operations. As well as all preventative and predictive maintenance procedures associated with medium voltage electrical systems Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain tier 1 to tier 4, emergency generators - Perform routine test runs, Perform yearly load bank testing - Be familiar with paralleling switchgear - Ability to transfer electrical load from utility to site emergency generator stand by load - Familiar with Scada system associated with electrical systems - Familiar with environmental and regulatory record keeping and responsibilities. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 480V and MV/HV (approx. 4.16kV–35kV) distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, breakers, and feede...
