Organization Overview Within the Facilities & Operations (F&O) directorate, the Facility Operations Center (FOC) plays an important role in ensuring seamless and efficient facility management, providing a wide range of support services, including small-scale construction planning and management, managing an emergency call center to address urgent facility-related concerns and provide immediate assistance, administering and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for streamlined work order processing, asset management, and efficient resource allocation, overseeing the development and coordination of preventative maintenance, as well as collecting and analyzing data to develop key performance metrics that drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery.
