Job description

The Manager of Nursing Professional Practice provides enterprise level leadership to advance nursing excellence, professional practice consistency, and workforce sustainability across the organization. This role is accountable for driving measurable outcomes related to nursing quality, professional governance, accreditation readiness, and clinician development through strategic oversight of Magnet® standards, the ANCC accredited Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP), the Nurse Resource Pool, and patient care services workforce internship programs. By partnering with nursing executives, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary stakeholders, the Manager ensures nursing practice is aligned with evidence-based standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities.
