Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinician: Department: Employee and Family Health: External Hiring Range: $81,979.68 - $102,355.07 Compensation Grade: 3009: Posted Internally and Externally: This position reports to Millie Feagin, Practice Manager of Employee and Family Health. The schedule will be 7:30am-4:30pm at 40 Coxe Ave in the Employee and Family Health office. General duties include taking care of acute sick visits, prescription refill, phone triage, physicals, health promotion follow up phone calls, biometric screening review and consultation. The team consists of two Advanced Practice Clinicians, two Medical Office Assistants, a Practice Manager and an onsite Pharmacist. Lifestyle medicine certification, health coaching certification, Diabetes educator and/or nutrition counseling experience highly preferred.
