Sodexo is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to serve as a Clinical Nutrition Manager for a hospital within a large health system in Bay City, Michigan. This expansive healthcare corporation includes 12 hospital campuses throughout the state. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of CNM's across the system and elevate Clinicia, Sodexo’s global brand for clinical and patient nutrition, across a large, diverse network. What You'll Do: - manage a clinical nutrition program within the acute care setting; - supervise a team of inpatient dietitians (4.5 FTE); - collaborate on the implementation and management of Sodexo’s meal service program and menu management system; - foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development; and - drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects.
