This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday. What You’ll Do: - Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality - Guide patients in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision - Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort - Coach and train team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge to ensure consistent execution of optical standards and processes - Support retail operations and contribute to overall clinic success - Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience - Support clinic o...
