We have an opportunity for a results-driven P lant Manager at our manufacturing facility in Napoleon, OH. As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall operational and financial success of our facility. This role focuses on achieving annual financial goals while ensuring a safe work environment, consistently meeting customer quality standards, hitting daily production targets, maintaining 100% on-time delivery, and optimizing inventory levels.
