About the Role: Dandy is hiring a Payroll Lead to support the execution and operational excellence of our U.S. payroll program. This role will focus on payroll operations, partnering closely with Accounting and People Systems to ensure payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule every cycle. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will own day-to-day payroll execution and act as a key operator in the payroll process, ensuring payroll data integrity, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting reconciliation and reporting activities.
