Must be available during peak use hours, which include weekdays, evenings and weekends. Coordinates, organizes, and monitors use of public computers. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting patrons with basic use of library's public computers and ensuring computer users comply with policies and guidelines relating to use of the computers and the internet. Responsible for planning, scheduling and instruction of computer and technology appointments, as needed.
