Change the world. Love your job. The Role: We are seeking an experienced bid capture, proposals and contracts management professional to join our Aerospace & Defense (A&D) team. Based in our Washington, D.C. offices, this role will accelerate growth through competitive government contract awards by providing strategic capture, proposal development, and contract management. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise – including business operations, government relations, sales, marketing, engineering, legal and senior leadership – to ensure TI’s A&D projects and activities with various government agencies and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) are aligned to the company’s business strategy and conducted in compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations. Success in this role requires experience in public sector federal funding engagements. The most effective candidates will have deep experience in A&D and the ability to leverage automation and AI tools as well as data-driven insights to fundamentally transform how we compete for, win and manage contracts.
