A day at MKS Atotech We are looking for our future Customer Support Laboratory Specialist (CS Lab Specialist) to join our MKS Atotech Laboratory in Poznań . In this role, you will become an important member of our laboratory team and will report directly to the Laboratory Manager. You will make an impact by: Performing sample investigations based on internal and external customer requests, including evaluation and reporting of analytical results. Documenting analytical procedures and tests in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements, as well as maintaining records and archiving related results and documents. Acting as a contact person and technical consultant for customers on analytical topics. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the laboratory, including segregation of chemical waste in accordance with national regulations. Maintaining analytical instruments in line with SOPs and equipment guidelines. Performing laboratory work in compliance with local quality requirements, applicable procedures, and best laboratory practices.
