This is a strategic global leadership role at Orise, ideal for a seasoned consulting executive skilled in building, transforming, and scaling organizations. As Director Consulting (m/f/d) , you will re‑establish Orise’s global consulting chapter — defining its strategy, building a high‑performing international team, and driving the execution needed to translate vision into measurable results. You will serve as a key strategic partner to the BU VP, combining consulting leadership, operational excellence, and business development across the global Pharma & Biotech ecosystem.
