About This Opportunity We are seeking a Program Outreach Engineer II The Program Outreach Engineer represents Cascade Energy as the third-party contractor and is responsible for delivery of Bonneville Power Administration’s (BPA) multifaceted, large-scale Energy Smart Industrial (ESI) efficiency program in the Northwest. The Program Outreach Engineer (also known in the field as Energy Smart Industrial Partner, or ESIP) acts as the single point of contact for coordinating ESI program offerings and resources and assists electric utilities in representing the ESI program to industrial end users and facilitates the development and implementation of energy saving projects. The ESIP is a facilitator between the industrial participant, the local utility, and other stakeholders. The role integrates ESI’s program resource foreach local utility, to help achieve their energy efficiency goals and objectives. This role also provides support to other ESI staff on areas of specific industry knowledge and expertise.
