Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Advocacy team at Marsh Risk as the National Head of Faith & Education Claims - Australia working in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. National Head of Faith & Education Claims We will count on you to: Lead and manage end-to-end handling and escalation of complex Faith & Education claims, providing strategic coverage advice and ensuring timely progression from notification to closure. Engage and negotiate with insurers, their advisers, brokers and other external stakeholders to resolve coverage issues and protect client outcomes. Provide technical leadership: mentor the claims team, coordinate with the Mumbai Centre of Excellence, and ensure consistent, high-quality claims delivery across Australia. Drive claims strategy, KPIs and process improvements (systems, reporting, compliance) to improve efficiency, data quality and control of total cost of risk.
