Manager, Internal Audit

Job Description Reporting to the Director, Internal Audit, the Manager, Internal Audit will play a key role in demonstrating value and partnering with the business by providing risk-based assurance and advisory services. This position will have broad exposure to the operations of Extendicare, interacting with key stakeholders across the operations and the shared service functions (finance, IT, HR, legal and communications), as well as with our external auditors and advisors. This individual must possess the skills to understand business strategic priorities, processes, enterprise risk assessment, and recommend best practices and process improvements. Research, communication, and collaboration skills will be instrumental to the success of this role.
