Operations Senior Analyst This position is responsible for financial reporting and analytical support across Emergency Roadside Services and Automotive Services operations. Key responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting profit and loss analyses on matters critical to our business units, and assisting management with implementing strategies and operational changes by evaluating financial impacts, opportunities, and alternative solutions. The role also involves analyzing data and trends from multiple sources and preparing comprehensive reports for management by leveraging both system-generated data and input from other departments. Job Duties: Assist with development and preparation of annual budget, goals, and objectives. Forecast expenses and revenue related to ERS and Automotive Services. Implement individual portions of the strategic business plan. Assess, evaluate and recommend alterations to the business plan as needed. Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure expenses are recorded and forecasted properly.
