Job description

Operates radiographic and other related equipment and assists physicians as necessary to complete diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages. In addition to General Radiology, staff may perform exams in one of the following imaging modalities; CT, Diagnostic Ultrasound, DEXA, MRI, or Mammography. Coordinates patient flow and responsible for producing quality images efficiently and safely. This is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements. All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. - Performs radiographic exams using department radiographic equipment. ? Demonostrates competence in the use of all equipment in assigned area. ? Actively learns all aspects of new equipment or procedures. ?
