Job Description: - Manage daily operations including patient scheduling and registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposits, office maintenance, and computer systems. - Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency, including staff selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR. - Ensure the practice delivers exceptional patient service, including timely resolution of patient concerns and service recovery. - Collaborate with the RVP to implement strategic initiatives and support practice growth. - Manage, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. - Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. - Provide administrative support to physicians and clin...
