Venues Assistant: Hours: Up to 37.5, dependent upon the needs of the business Work pattern: Including weekends, evenings, late nights & bank holidays Duration: Permanent – Zero Hours Contract West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Venues Assistant to work across our onsite venues, the prestigious Spring Grove House, impressive Treetops Pavilion and unique Cellarz. This exciting role covers a wide range of tasks; including receiving guests, set up and breakdown of all events, table service, setting out table plans, dance floor assembly, cutlery, crockery, linen preparation and layout. As a Venues Assistant you will, at all times, help to ensure that our guests’ expectations are met or exceeded creating a memorable experience. About you: The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and will be willing to work well as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude at all times to deliver an outstanding customer service. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, late nights and bank holidays.
